ABOUT COAT
The County Officials Association of Tennessee (COAT) is comprised of County Clerks, Registers of Deeds, State Court Clerks, and Trustees from all across the state of Tennessee. Our association maintains a voice for county government on Capitol Hill during the legislative season. We also provide networking opportunities for our members, facilitate training and updates throughout the year, and help our members connect with industry vendors. Our main goal here at COAT is to make sure our members have the tools and support they need to be as successful as possible in their counties. Our slogan is #StrongerCountiesStrongerTennessee and that is what we truly believe.
CONFERENCE
The 57th Annual COAT Conference will be held at the Dollywood HeartSong Lodge & Resort, located in Sevier County/Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

REGISTRATION
You will be registering through our new software, Engagifii from now on, so please get acquainted with it. If you have already registered for the 2025 Regionals or downloaded your COAT Membership Dues invoice, it will be a very simple process for you. If you are brand new to Engagifii, there will be a couple of extra steps. Here is an instructional video to help: Navigating the Engagifii Membership Management Platform
If you are bringing a spouse or other guest who is not a county employee, you will click the blue “Add Guest” button on the right hand side when you select your own name.
You will receive your invoice immediately upon registering, but you must remember to download it from the Engagifii site. We understand learning new software is not always super fun, but please think of it as an investment into the future efficiency of COAT. Of course, if you have questions – please reach out to Lori.
Please be advised that booking a hotel room does not register you for the conference. You run the risk of losing your hotel reservation if you do not register for the conference FIRST!!

The vendor registration deadline is October 15.
LODGING
As in years past, you will be responsible for booking your own room. We do have a block reserved but once that block is full, we will not be able to add more. Since the HeartSong Lodge has a limited number of rooms, we will also be utilizing Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort & Spa property. That being said, the quicker you register for the conference and book your room, the better your chances of getting the property you prefer. The room rate is $255 per room/per night/plus applicable taxes/fees. There is a shuttle that will run consistently between the properties, so transportation and parking will not be an issue. Once you submit the registration form, a link to both hotels will be in your confirmation email.
