ABOUT COAT
The County Officials Association of Tennessee (COAT) is comprised of County Clerks, Registers of Deeds, State Court Clerks, and Trustees from all across the state of Tennessee. Our association maintains a voice for county government on Capitol Hill during the legislative season. We also provide networking opportunities for our members, facilitate training and updates throughout the year, and help our members connect with industry vendors. Our main goal here at COAT is to make sure our members have the tools and support they need to be as successful as possible in their counties. Our slogan is #StrongerCountiesStrongerTennessee and that is what we truly believe.
CONFERENCE
The 56th Annual COAT Conference will be held at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, located in Davidson County/Nashville, Tennessee.

LODGING
Please secure your reservation by TBA in order to receive our group rate at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. Reservations for the conference hotel will be made on a first come, first served basis.
The group rate is TBA per room/per night, plus hotel occupancy tax and state tax (unless you’re tax exempt and provide the hotel with your form). Paid overnight self parking.
